Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all transportation and delivery logistics for catering events, ensuring timely arrival of food, beverages, and equipment.
• Manage delivery schedules, driver assignments, and vehicle maintenance to optimize efficiency and reliability.
• Liaise with event venue staff, clients, and internal teams to confirm delivery details, setup requirements, and on-site coordination.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering stations, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues that arise during delivery or event setup.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and vehicle logs.
