Sibanye Stillwater in Rustenburg, North West, seeks a dedicated investigator administrator to support anti-fraud and theft investigations. You will handle incident reports, analyse financial records, maintain investigation registers and assist audits.

This role requires strong data analytics and experience in mining environments. Responsibilities include tracking case volumes, coordinating with SAPS and external agencies, and ensuring files are complete and audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Be medically fit for the position after a risk-based medical examination at Sibanye-Stillwater OHC.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with the ability to drive.
• PSIRA Grade B registration (or obtain within 3 months).
• NQF 4 / Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in investigation administration or investigations in mining.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with external service providers to design and implement tools for process improvement.
• Maintain open communications with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analyse incident reports, financial records, procurement, timesheets, and access data.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and keep investigation registers up to date.
• Track investigation volumes and closure rates; open, monitor, and close cases in the case management system.
• Record statements and interview summaries as required; liaise with SAPS and external agencies.
• Assist investigations involving employee misconduct and ensure files are audit-ready.

Requirements

• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Centre
• Be declared medically fit to work in a specific area
• Have a clear security record screening record
• Be in possession of a valid driver’s license with the ability to drive
• Have an experience supporting general investigations, white-collar crime investigations, including the analysis of large datasets and intelligence information and utilising data analytics and case management tools and investigation management systems, to identify trends, generate insights, and support investigative decision-making and outcomes
• Have minimum of five (5) years' experience in investigation administration and/or conducting investigations, with demonstrated experience in the mining industry
• Be in a possession of Grade B registration with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) or obtain in 3 months
• Be in possession of a NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adult
