Job summary

Optimal Growth Technologies seeks a proactive Office Automation Sales Representative to drive growth by selling a diverse range of products and services, while building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

You will identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, conduct product demos, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed targets. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required in this role.

Qualifications

Proven experience in selling office automation, telecom, CCTV, access control, office supplies, software solutions, or related products.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present ideas persuasively.
Strong relationship-building skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
Willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to promote and sell product offerings.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to advise clients.
Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
