Job summary

Zohorecruit in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced hands-on coaching specialist to empower teams with Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will run one-to-one sessions, small groups and bootcamps, transforming messy outputs into repeatable AI habits, while ensuring privacy and human oversight.

This role focuses on coaching and enabling adoption without building agents or integrations, with escalation to the technology team for developer requests.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Demonstrated experience in AI adoption, enablement or user coaching.
• Strong understanding of practical AI prompting and prompt development.
• Experience coaching users on deployed AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and change-adoption skills.
• Ability to translate business and operational challenges into practical AI-assisted processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Good understanding of Responsible AI, privacy, information security and human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff on Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Build prompting skill, reusable prompts, templates and quick guides.
• Spot where AI helps: reporting, research, document comparison, drafting, exceptions, meeting prep and decision support.
• Prioritise use cases with management and track adoption, time saved and lessons learned.
• Hold the line on privacy, security and human review. The person still owns the decision.
• Coach users of tools already in place, including CAPE Crusader, and escalate defects to the owner.

Operations and Administration already has the tools. Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot are in. What is missing is someone who can sit with a team, open Excel, and show them a prompt that actually saves the afternoon.

This is a hands-on coaching seat. You will run one-to-one sessions, small groups and short bootcamps. You will turn messy reporting, long documents and meeting prep into safe, repeatable AI habits. You will not build agents, bots or integrations. If a request needs a developer, you hand it to the technology team.
