Job summary

Solid Systems is seeking an AI Coach to help organisations move from AI curiosity to real adoption by delivering practical, engaging learning experiences that connect Microsoft Copilot to real business challenges.

This role requires facilitating conversations, adapting to audiences, bringing workplace scenarios to life, and building confidence for AI-enabled everyday work, in collaboration with our AI Enablement team.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT/IS or related field.
• Microsoft Trainer certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in training, coaching, facilitation, change adoption, L&D, or related role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and practical workplace productivity scenarios.
• Microsoft Learn Copilot courses and Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
• AB-730 AI Business Professional certification.
• Copilot & Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB-900).
• Strong facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement ability.
• Confidence working with business leaders, directors, senior stakeholders, training delegates, and end users.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging Microsoft Copilot training, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Translate AI into practical, role-based use cases across different business functions.
• Help users build confidence in prompting, collaboration, and everyday productivity.
• Coach teams beyond the classroom to encourage lasting behaviour change and adoption.
• Partner with the AI Enablement team and other departments to improve the AI Academy learning experience continuously.
• Gather insights from clients and users to evolve learning journeys and AI offerings.
• Collaborate with the AI Engineer and technical team to keep training practical and aligned with client needs.

At Solid Systems, we're looking for an AI Coach to help organisations move beyond AI curiosity to real AI adoption. You'll work with business leaders, teams, and end users to transform the way they work by delivering practical, engaging learning experiences that connect Microsoft Copilot to real business challenges.

This isn't a traditional training role. We're looking for someone who can facilitate conversations, adapt to different audiences, bring workplace scenarios to life, and help people build the confidence to make AI part of their everyday work.

Requirements

What you need:
