Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an hands-on AI Enablement Coach to support the Operations & Administration function in adopting and effectively using approved AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

This role focuses on practical AI adoption, coaching and enablement in day-to-day tasks and does not involve building agents or production applications. The role centers on one-to-one coaching, small-group sessions and bootcamps, helping employees develop prompting skills,

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Proven AI adoption, enablement or user coaching experience.
• Strong understanding of practical AI prompting and prompt development.
• Experience coaching users on deployed AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and change-adoption skills.
• Ability to translate business and operational challenges into practical AI-assisted processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one coaching, small-group sessions and practical AI bootcamps.
• Coach employees on effective use of Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Help users develop effective prompting skills and reusable prompt templates.
• Support practical use of Copilot across Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Translate operational challenges into practical, safe AI-assisted working processes.
• Support AI use cases including reporting, data analysis, research and summarization.
• Analyze existing procedures to identify AI opportunities and prioritize with management.
• Gather user feedback and escalate enhancements as needed.
• Develop reusable prompts, templates and quick-reference guides.
• Reinforce responsible AI principles, including privacy, security and human review.
• Track adoption, benefits and lessons learned.
• Refer integrations or new solution development to technology teams.

We are seeking a hands‑on AI Enablement Coach to support the Operations & Administration function in adopting and effectively using approved AI tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

This is a practical AI adoption, coaching and enablement role, focused on helping employees incorporate AI into their day‑to‑day work. The role does not involve developing AI agents, bots or production applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one coaching, small-group sessions and practical AI bootcamps.
• Coach employees on effective use of Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Help users develop effective prompting skills and reusable prompt templates.
• Support practical use of Copilot across Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Translate operational challenges into practical, safe AI‑assisted working processes.
• Support AI use cases including:
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Research and summarization
  • Document comparison
  • Drafting and communication
  • Exception identification
  • Meeting preparation
  • Decision support
• Analyze existing operational procedures to identify suitable AI opportunities.
• Work through and prioritize identified AI opportunities with management.
• Coach users on existing AI‑enabled solutions and help them understand capabilities, limitations and required human controls.
• Gather user feedback, identify adoption barriers and escalat e technical or enhancement requirements appropriately.
• Develop reusable prompts, templates, quick-reference guides and worked examples.
• Reinforce responsible AI principles, including data privacy, information security, verification and human review.
• Track AI adoption, participation, completed use cases, time savings, benefits and lessons learned.
• Refer requirements involving integrations, automation or new solution development to the appropriate technology teams.

Experience

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Demonstrated experience in AI adoption, enablement or user coaching.
• Strong understanding of practical AI prompting and prompt development.
• Experience coaching users on deployed AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and change-adoption skills.
• Ability to translate business and operational challenges into practical AI‑assisted processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Good understanding of Responsible AI, privacy, information security and human oversight.
• Experience within financial services, regulated operations or similar environments would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Out of Scope

This role will not be responsible for:

• Building Copilot Studio agents, bots or production applications.
• Developing system integrations or automated write‑back solutions.
• Making autonomous operational, regulatory or employee decisions.
• Replacing accountable business review, decision‑making or approval processes.
