Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced NOC Leader to oversee team performance and ensure 24/7 network operations for telecom/ISP environments. You will drive incident response, monitoring, and proactive improvements across shifts, coordinating with Field Technicians to maintain service integrity.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration, requiring strong communication with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a NOC team within a Telecommunications or ISP environment.
• Network+ / CCNA or higher preferred; ITIL framework knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor NOC Agents, set clear technical objectives, delegate monitoring tasks, and provide coaching on complex connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ensure 24/7/365 NOC coverage to meet strict SLAs. Monitor latency, packet loss, and downtime metrics to drive proactive resolutions. Oversee night-shift and standby teams to safeguard network integrity around the clock.
• Produce monthly performance reports and deliver detailed ticket analytics to highlight trends and improvements.
• Maintain strong processes for outage recovery, major incident communication, and root-cause analysis (RCA).
• Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and clients during critical outages or escalations.
• Stay ahead of ISP trends by implementing advanced monitoring tools and AI‑driven automation to enhance response times.
• Partner with Field Technicians and Operations teams to coordinate site visits, hardware replacements, and seamless service delivery.
