Job summary

Huntswood, a ResultsCX company, is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Advisors for a 4‑month contract in Cape Town. The role is a night shift, with shifts between 1pm and 8am, and offers webchat, voice and email support to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements include Matric or NQF Level 4, clear credit and criminal records, computer literacy, and at least 6 months in a call centre or related financial services role with multichannel experience and basic US market knowledge.

Qualifications
