Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in solar PV, ESS, or EPC.
  • Proven ability to close single deals above USD 2 million.
  • Fluent in English; Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales processes from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Identify and engage potential clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for optimal system designs.
  • Structure commercial offers and interact with financing institutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with regulatory bodies and utilities.
  • Coordinate project handover for smooth commissioning.

Skills

Sales experience in solar PV
Proficient in PV and hybrid system design software (PVSyst, Helioscope, HOMER)
Networking with IPPs, DISCOs, EPC firms
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, or Business
