• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics/road freight market.
• Develop an understanding of potential clients' operations and propose value-driven solutions.
• Negotiate rates in line with pricing strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
• Support onboarding of new clients to ensure smooth transition.
• Build strong working relationships with Operations, Customer Service and Regional teams.
• Ensure service alignment with client requirements and SLAs.
• Contribute to strategic account growth initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
