The role requires a proactive, target-driven sales professional with 5+ years in logistics, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate independently within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in logistics or road freight.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and road freight sector.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Engage potential clients to understand their operations and logistics needs.
• Present tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
• Negotiate rates in line with company strategy and market standards.
• Close deals to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Support onboarding of new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and KYC documentation.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and related administrative documentation.
