Formación

• 3+ years in IT/Telecommunications/Office Automation sales.
• 2+ years proven leadership/management experience leading a sales team.
• Strong new business development track record with measurable sales wins.
• Extensive in-person/direct sales experience (non-negotiable).

Responsabilidades

• Focus on aggressive new business acquisition and expanding the client base in the IT and Telecommunications sector.
• Lead, mentor, and drive a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow the division’s market share.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers through face-to-face selling.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent results.
