Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 certificate.
• Sales/marketing qualifications would be advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years sales management experience.
• Proven track record of leading a team to exceed car sales targets.
• Proven ability to evaluate trade-ins.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Target driven with high pressure tolerance.
• Clear criminal record.
• Computer literate.
• Experience with OEM systems and Evolve preferable.
