Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focused on network security.
• Proficiency with SIEM systems and related security tools.
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewall management, and IDS/IPS.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic and security alerts for suspicious activities using SIEM and other security tools.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and remediation.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Implement and manage security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Provide security awareness training to employees.
