Job summary

Herotel Telecoms (Pty) Ltd in Gqeberha is seeking a detail‑driven Scheduler to coordinate installations, callouts, and service excellence for Fibre and Wireless customers. You will plan daily technician activities, optimise routes, update tickets, produce reports, and liaise with clients, technicians, and internal teams to uphold quality, safety, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in scheduling or coordination role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedule client appointments, site surveys, installations, callouts, and CPE removals.
• Drive installation productivity and support service delivery.
• Update tickets and job cards with required information.
• Plan and optimize technician routes for efficiency.
• Monitor technician progress and fleet movements.
• Communicate appointments and updates with clients and installers.
