Job summary

Karen Tupper Recruitment seeks an experienced Operations Head to supervise multi-region F&B/QSR stores. You will lead operations, manage budgets, and drive performance across corporate locations while ensuring HR, OHS, and safety standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, travel within SA, and the ability to analyse store performance and implement improvements. A relevant degree is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' proven multi-site operational management experience in F&B or QSR.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, and labour optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations across regions and corporate stores.
• Mentor Area Managers, Trainers and Store Managers; drive performance.
• Monitor sales, budgets, labour costs and store profitability.
