Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced National Operations Manager to join a fast-paced and growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) group, based in Pretoria. Successful candidates will have a strong track record in multi-site QSR operations with exceptional planning, monitoring & communication skills, together with a strong sense of urgency & a hands‑on, results-driven approach – Driving consistency, efficiency & operational excellence across the group’s corporate‑owned stores.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent & further qualifications in Hospitality/Food and Beverage Management, Business Management, or any related field
• Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of proven multi‑unit, multi‑site operational management experience within QSR or restaurants
• Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control, interpreting budget reports, analysing store financials, and optimizing labour costs.
• Compliance: Solid working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and food safety regulations.
• Systems: Oracle or Micros back-office experience is highly beneficial.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. Willingness to travel regionally within South Africa for short durations

Salary Package: R55 000 Negotiable
