Job summary

Senior National Operations Manager required to drive operational excellence for a national QSR network. Lead corporate store operations, develop leadership across regions, and deliver strong commercial results across budgets and labour costs.

You will ensure OHS, food safety and HR compliance while guiding audits and reporting standards. Role requires multi-site experience, strong F&B/QSR background, proven leadership, financial acumen, and travel within South Africa.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ multi-unit, multi-site operations experience.
• Strong F&B / QSR background.
• Proven leadership & people development experience.
• Strong financial & commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of OHS & food safety regulations.
• Advanced/intermediate Excel skills.
• Oracle or Micros back-office experience advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence & own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel within South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple corporate store regions.
• Develop Area Managers, Trainers & Store Managers.
• Drive sales, profitability & controllable cost performance.
• Monitor budgets, financials & labour costs.
• Ensure operational, OHS, food safety & HR compliance.
• Drive audits, administration & reporting standards.
• Identify training needs & develop talent.
• Optimise store performance & accountability.
• Execute strategic operational initiatives.
• Support new location analysis & growth opportunities.
• Ensure seamless execution of marketing, seasonal & product changes.
