Job summary

ShopriteX is seeking a Senior Operations Manager Pingo to drive national operational performance across the last-mile delivery network. You will consolidate regional performance, identify risks, and ensure consistent execution of delivery, driver network, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years' experience in operations management within logistics, last-mile delivery, eCommerce, or high-volume environments.
• Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience managing operational performance through multiple levels of leadership.
• Strong track record in KPI management, operational planning, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in delivery network, driver operations, or logistics operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment and consistency of operational execution across Regional Operations teams through a national operating model.
• Establish and maintain national operational governance standards, controls, and performance management frameworks.
• Monitor compliance performance and remediation of non-compliant drivers and processes.
• Oversee end-to-end last-mile delivery journey and performance.
• Lead national operational reviews and KPI governance forums.
• Drive continuous improvement across the delivery network.
