Job summary

ShopriteX is seeking a Control Hub Operations Manager to lead real-time delivery operations across the national network during assigned shifts. You will oversee a team of Team Leaders, ensure SLA adherence, and drive continuous improvement across Logistics and Order Fulfilment divisions to optimise delivery outcomes.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Logistics/SCM or related field, over 5 years in a supervisory role within logistics or ecommerce, and strong proficiency with ecommerce

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree or diploma in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or related field (essential).
5+ years in a supervisory role within logistics, transport, or ecommerce operations (essential).
Proven track record in ecommerce platforms (essential).

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage national real-time performance dashboards and KPIs to ensure SLA adherence.
Lead a national team of Team Leaders, driving recruitment, development and retention.
Develop national shift schedules balancing workload and operational needs.
Coordinate with Operations, IT, Planning and delivery teams to resolve delays and improve on-time delivery.
Provide daily national-level reporting on performance, risks and outcomes.
Implement operational and technical improvements to enhance service delivery nationwide.
