Job summary

Select Motor Recruitment is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to develop and grow strategic fleet and corporate accounts across South Africa. You will maintain key relationships, drive revenue growth, manage contracts, and coordinate with branch networks to deliver service excellence.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in key account or fleet management, strong negotiation and commercial acumen, and the ability to travel nationally as required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Commercial Management or related field.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Key Account Management, Fleet Management or Corporate Sales.
• Willingness to travel nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow strategic fleet and corporate customer accounts nationwide.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, drive revenue and profitability, ensure service excellence.
• Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and coordinate with operations and branches.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations and service solutions for key accounts.
• Monitor performance, create account plans and ensure accurate record-keeping.
