Job summary

Kelly in Centurion, South Africa is seeking a Corporate Fleet & Rental Manager to lead dealer and corporate fleet initiatives, drive customer satisfaction, and grow sales and retention with regional teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Logistics and Customer Care to deliver tailored fleet solutions, strengthen key customer relationships, and develop partnerships that support Kelly's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Matric and a General Degree are mandatory.
• 8–10 years of automotive industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fleet Sales within Rental, FML and Dealership.
• Proven skills in sales forecasting and relationship-building.
• Ability to negotiate and manage supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice to Head of Institutional Business and fleet users, developing relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate and close agreements with fleet and rental customers.
• Present, demonstrate, and explain features and benefits of vehicle and aftermarket products and services.
• Draft and implement effective fleet operation policies and processes.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimise downtime.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritising and organising work for productive results.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

SUMMARY

Corporate Fleet & Rental Manager responsible for managing dealer fleet, corporate fleet, and rental accounts, driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and retention. Works closely with Sales, Aftersales, Logistics, and Customer Care teams to deliver tailored fleet solutions, strengthen key customer relationships, grow dealer fleet market share alongside Regional Sales Managers, and develop innovative business partnerships that support the company strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing professional advice to Head of Institutional Business and fleet users, developing relationships with suppliers
• Negotiate and close agreements with fleet and rental customers
• Effectively present, demonstrate, and explain features and benefits of appropriate vehicle and aftermarket products and services
• Assisting with the drafting and implementation of effective policies and processes regarding fleet operations
• Managing strict vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimise downtime
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts
• Establish daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritizing and organizing work for productive results
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8-10 years’ work experience within an automotive company
• Clear understanding of Fleet Sales within the Rental, FML and Dealership
• Sound Knowledge of sales strategies, forecasting and relationship building.
