Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily who owns paid media for a book of multifamily clients, including targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client storytelling. You lead strategy and call the shots on performance.

You bring 3+ years hands-on Google Ads/Meta experience, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, and agency work across multiple clients; English on live calls with US clients is required. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
