Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a book of multifamily clients. You will guide targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client asks, acting as the strategic voice and decision-maker.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding and testing, and present the story behind the numbers on calls with US clients. This is a remote role supporting Canada, South Africa or USA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client walkthroughs.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media for multifamily accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and optimization decisions.
• Set 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and report performance with the client.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
