Blacksmith Agency is looking for a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will drive targeting, budget calls, roadmaps and the client narrative when asked why decisions were made.

You bring 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of moving ROAS or CPA, and agency experience across several clients. The role is remote with US/Canada/SA clients and full-time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement across campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
