Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities maintenance and essential equipment repairs
• Monitor service provider and transport agreements
• Ensure Occupational Health & Safety compliance
• Support HIRA risk assessments and safety inspections
• Implement and monitor OHS frameworks and systems
• Maintain statutory records, SOPs and compliance documentation
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain operational dashboards
• Ensure facilities remain operationally ready
• Liaise with Regional Managers, Store Managers, contractors, service providers and internal departments
• Provide OHS training and coaching to operational teams
