Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking an hands-on leader to manage guest experience, staff performance and finances across multiple camps in a remote reserve setting.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor teams and ensure budgets and SOPs are followed while maintaining exceptional service standards. This role requires calm, solutions-driven leadership with a passion for conservation values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality; 2+ years in a managerial role at a 5-star lodge or hotel.
• Strong financial and operational acumen; able to manage budgets and SOPs.
• Proficient in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Calm, solutions-driven; high standards.
• Experience across multiple properties in a remote reserve environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and service quality across all camps.
• Lead, mentor, and manage hospitality teams.
• Manage front of house and beverage budgets, and supplier relations.
• Ensure SOP compliance and high guest experience standards.
• Foster inter-department collaboration.
• Support the reserve's conservation and sustainability values.
