Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality seeks a hands-on leader to oversee operations across multiple camps in a remote reserve. You will balance guest experience, staff leadership, and financial oversight while upholding the group's standards and sustainable practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality, including 2+ years in a managerial role at a 5-star lodge or hotel, excellent budgeting skills, and proficiency with hospitality systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality with 2+ years in a managerial role at a 5-star lodge or hotel.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with budget and SOP management.
• Proficient in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest service skills.
• Calm and solutions-driven with a passion for high standards.
• Experience working across multiple properties in remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and service quality across all camps.
• Lead, mentor and manage hospitality teams.
• Manage front of house and beverage budgets and supplier relations.
• Ensure SOP compliance and consistently high guest experience standards.
• Foster collaboration between departments.
• Support conservation and sustainability values of the reserve.
