Qualifications

• Matric essential.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office-Excel [Advanced], Word, Outlook).
• Pastel / Sage Evolution (2-year recent experience).
• Tertiary financial qualification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing to clients (in multiple currencies) (invoices and credit notes).
• Assist with creditors reconciliations and allocations.
• Basic Bookkeeping (including bank reconciliations).
• Assist in monthly financial reporting (expense reports, asset list updating, stock takes, etc).
• Prepare documents for banks and other institutions.
• Other financial tasks.
