Job summary

OneDome in Cape Town is seeking a Mortgage Case Manager to oversee mortgage applications from submission to offer and completion. You will be the main client contact post-submission, providing updates and proactively progressing each case.

The role requires strong English communication, excellent organisation, and attention to detail in a high-volume, target-driven environment. Office-based role aligned with UK hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of mortgage applications from submission through to offer and completion.
• Provide clients with regular, clear updates and manage expectations throughout the process.
• Liaise with lenders to obtain updates and ensure progress of applications.
• Collaborate with solicitors, estate agents, advisers, and third parties to progress cases.
• Identify delays or issues and take action to keep applications moving.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and lender requirements.
• Maintain accurate case notes across internal systems.
• Work with Mortgage Advisers and internal teams for smooth handovers.
• Handle a high-volume workload while giving each case appropriate attention.
