OneDome is seeking a dedicated Adviser Support Executive in CBD Cape Town to provide one-to-one support to a Senior Adviser across mortgages, protection and later-life business. The role combines mortgage administration, application processing and case support to enable the Adviser to focus on client relationships and advice.

You will develop a strong understanding of the Adviser's working style, clients, and processes, becoming a reliable day-to-day support across their workload and maintaining

Formación

• Mortgage administration or processing experience
• Understanding of mortgage processes is advantageous
• Experience with lender portals or CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsabilidades

• Key mortgage applications accurately using lender portals and internal systems
• Prepare mortgage applications for submission with complete information
• Support Adviser with residential, remortgage and other mortgage applications
• Check client information, income and documentation before progressing
• Maintain accurate client and application data across internal systems
• Support ongoing administration of mortgage cases
• Request outstanding documents and information from clients
• Review documentation such as bank statements and income evidence
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and up to date
• Complete routine administrative checks and follow up on outstanding actions
• Support with later-life and protection administrative tasks
• Assist with gathering client information and data entry
• Complete administrative sections of forms and liaise with providers
