Job summary

MVG Recruitment seeks an experienced eLearning Practitioner to design, develop and maintain SCORM‑compliant digital learning content for our client in the Managed Care sector. The role supports Trainers and SMEs in delivering learner‑centred online learning aligned to organisational objectives.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of eLearning development experience and 2 years using Articulate or Adobe Captivate 7 or similar tools, with strong SCORM and LMS administration skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years eLearning development experience.
• 2 years using Articulate or Adobe Captivate 7 or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Content Development: Build SCORM‑compliant eLearning modules using approved authoring tools.
• Instructional Design: Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, interactive digital learning.
• Project Coordination: Manage timelines for content submission, QA reviews and LMS uploads.
• LMS Support: Maintain LMS functionality, reporting, troubleshooting and user support.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with SMEs, Trainers and business units to deliver effective learning solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, consistency and readiness of all digital learning content.
