Job summary

Hollywoodbets is hiring a Team Leader (Mobile) based in Western Cape. The role focuses on achieving mobile betting growth targets, analyzing financial trends, managing costs, and driving proactive reporting within the Purple Team.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months in a leadership role, a proven over-achievement record, strong customer understanding, and excellent listening and communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required and Post-Matric qualification is a bonus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months in a leadership role.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
• Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Area Managers to meet required targets.
• Plan marketing campaigns/promotions/events with the assistance of the Area Manager and regional marketing Team.
• Facilitate daily promotional activities.
• Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for all campaigns.
• All campaigns/promotions should be completed successfully and professionally.
• Management of stock (daily report on stock levels and usage).
• Measure the effectiveness of promotions using Promo Tracker.
• Conduct market analysis/research for improvements within the mobile department.
• Recruitment and interviewing with Area Manager and HR.
• Manage performance and team of sales agents including daily targets and PIP.
• Manage leaves, absenteeism and attendance.
• Identify potential Top Up Voucher outlets and visit outlets as required.
• Organise continuous training on betting types, processes, products and TUV.
• Weekly Moodle/Betstrike/Voice note training and Trainer on Wheels.
• Ensure cash-ups follow procedures and report shortages.
• Ensure Booster vehicles are clean, branded, and serviced weekly.
• Submit Daily Reports.
• Any other related duties as required.
