The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and a strong customer-insight focus in a fast-paced setting. A Matric and driving license are preferred, with opportunities to advance within a growing African brand.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Work with Area Managers to meet targets.
• Plan campaigns and promotions with regional teams.
• Manage daily promotional activities and stock reporting.
• Recruitment and interviewing with HR.
• Lead and develop sales agents, set daily targets and conduct reviews.
• Monitor attendance and leave.
