Our client is seeking an experienced and adaptable Mobile Catering Unit Chef to operate their food truck and serve customers in and around Richards Bay . This hands-on role requires culinary expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of a mobile food business. You will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, cooking, sales, and maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the unit. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items fresh on the mobile catering unit, ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements
