Job summary

Professional Resources Partners Pty in Rustenburg is seeking a Sales Representative for Energy & Automation to grow distributors and manage key accounts. You will drive end-user sales, provide product presentations, and develop market intelligence to meet growth targets.

The role requires mining-industry exposure, industrial electronics background, and willingness to travel. A company car and commission are included with a monthly salary of R40,000–R45,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Distributors, existing customers, new customers and products.
• Maintain and develop a database of Distributors, customers and prospects.
• Respond to and follow up Sales enquiries.
• Monitor and report on Distributor Sales activities.
• Assist Distributor with end user sales and presentations.
• Conduct Market research to aid business developments.
• Achieving agreed sales budgets.
• Ensure control of Budget Forecast, margin and sales.
• Ensure Debtors terms are adhered to for Distributors and end users.
• Monitor Distributor performance against budget.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE – ENERGY & AUTOMATION

R40000 – R45000 (Plus company car plus commission)

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.


• N4 – N6 Industrial Electronics (essential).


• N3 Electrical or equivalent (essential).


• Code 8 or 10 driver’s license.


• External Sales experience in Mining industry.


• Electrical Trade – Medium voltage experience 11Kv plus (advantageous).


• Proficient in Microsoft Office.


• CRM experience (essential).


• Flameproof experience (advantageous).


• PLC and drives experience (advantageous).


• Must be willing to travel as per job requirements.


• Ability to communicate, understand, read and write English on all levels (essential).


• Must be punctual (essential).


• Self-motivated, ambitious and driven.
