Job summary

Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic salesperson in Rustenburg to develop and manage distributor networks, expand the customer base, and drive end-user sales. You will maintain a distributor and customer database, respond to inquiries, and monitor sales activities.

The role requires travel, English communication at all levels, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. A company car and quarterly commission are provided after probation, with benefits thereafter.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• N4 - N6 Industrial Electronics (essential).
• N3 Electrical or equivalent (essential).
• Code 8 or 10 driver’s license.
• External Sales experience in Mining industry.
• Electrical Trade - Medium voltage experience 11Kv plus (advantageous).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• CRM experience (essential).
• Flameproof experience (advantageous).
• PLC and drives experience (advantageous).
• Must be willing to travel as per job requirements.
• Ability to communicate, understand, read and write English on all levels (essential).
• Must be punctual (essential).
• Self-motivated, ambitious and driven.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Distributors, existing customers, new customers and products.
• Maintain and develop a database of Distributors, customers and prospects.
• Respond to and follow up Sales enquiries.
• Monitor and report on Distributor Sales activities.
• Assist Distributor with end user sales and presentations.
• Conduct Market research to aid business developments.
• Achieving agreed sales budgets.
• Ensure control of Budget Forecast, margin and sales.
• Ensure Debtors terms are adhered to for Distributors and end users.
• Monitor Distributor performance against budget.

Salary R40 000 - R45 000 plus company car, quarterly commission and benefits after probation
