• Prepare monitoring reports for key customers and propose actions to improve performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support for ACS-s hardware and features in SAM and deliver trainings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements of SAM features and state variables and relay feedback to development teams.
