Job summary

Sandvik Rock Processing in South Africa seeks a technically skilled professional to support mining customers with vibrating screen assets and digital monitoring solutions. You will be the technical expert for ACS-s hardware in SAM and provide remote monitoring support across the EMEA region.

You will monitor connected screens, prepare reports, train stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring health and safety guidelines. A technical degree and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vibrating equipment and screening processes.
• Experience in mining plant operations and process engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor connected screens in SAM for customers in EMEA.
• Serve as primary contact for Sales Areas and customers on screens.
• Prepare monitoring reports for key customers.
• Recommend actions to improve monitoring performance and reliability.
• Provide technical trainings on ACS-s and SAM to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance SAM features.
