Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Equipment Maintenance Specialist to support operations across South Africa. You will leverage remote monitoring tools and diagnostic software to maintain a wide range of industrial equipment without needing on-site presence.

You will guide field technicians remotely, develop proactive maintenance schedules, and document all interventions while collaborating with internal engineering teams to drive remote improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support or maintenance with a focus on remote diagnostics.
• Proficiency with remote access software and diagnostic tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic industrial systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data remotely.
• Strong communication for effective remote collaboration with clients and field staff.
