Placements24 is seeking a Mining Recruitment Specialist to source and place qualified personnel for mining operations in Polokwane and the Limpopo region. You will manage the full lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and drive successful placements across engineers, geologists, operators and safety roles.

You will leverage market insights, safety knowledge and a proactive sourcing network to meet targets while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in remote and challenging

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience with mining exposure, especially operational roles.
• Proven track record sourcing and placing Mining Engineers, Geologists, Plant Operators and Safety Officers.
• Solid understanding of mining operations, processes and safety protocols.

This role is crucial for sourcing and placing skilled personnel in operational roles across various mining disciplines, including mining engineers, geologists, surveyors, and plant operators.
