Placements24 is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Mining Sector to join their Kimberley team. You will source and place specialists such as geologists, engineers, metallurgists and managers across the Northern Cape, building deep expertise in mining staffing challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment with mining/resources or heavy industry focus.
• Proven ability to source and engage specialized technical and operational talent.
• Strong understanding of mining lifecycle, roles and qualifications.
• Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience recruiting in remote mining locations.

Responsibilities
