Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven specialization in the mining or resources sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the mining industry, including its operational demands and key roles.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing technical and operational talent within mining environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong rapport with candidates and clients in a specialized industry.
• Experience with recruitment databases and talent sourcing tools.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid model, attending the Richards Bay office as required.
• A relevant degree or qualification is advantageous.
