You will source, assess, and place geologists, engineers, and operations leaders, while building strong client relationships.

This hybrid role balances on-site client engagement with remote collaboration, focusing on talent strategy, safety compliance, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes for major mining

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of dedicated mining recruitment experience.
• Proven track record placing senior, specialized roles within mining operations.
• Deep understanding of mining processes, exploration techniques, operational requirements.
• Extensive SA mining industry network preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in mining.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Hybrid work capability (in-office and remote).
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, Geology, HR or related field.
