Job summary

Valterra Platinum Limited is seeking a Trainer to deliver effective training programs at Mototolo Mine. The role focuses on facilitating learning experiences that improve employee skills, knowledge, and performance, contributing to safety and operational success.

You will design and deliver sessions using diverse methods, tailor content to participant needs, and collaborate with HRD staff and SME trainers to refresh materials and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and simulations across departments.

• Adapt content to learners’ skill levels for maximum comprehension.
• Act as subject matter expert in safety, equipment operation, technical skills or compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes and integrate into materials.
• Foster an inclusive, motivating learning environment with active participation.
