Multiform Human Development (Pty) Ltd. in Lydenburg seeks a skilled financial clerk to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashbook, payroll, site cost accounting and general ledger tasks. You will also assist with procurement, reporting and compliance.

Role requires a 3–5 year financial background, mining industry exposure preferred, and proficiency in SAGE Pastel and Excel with strong accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Mining industry experience preferred.
• Experience with SAGE Pastel is advantageous.
• Ability to prepare basic financial reports for management.
• Knowledge of transactions up to trial balance.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
• Computer literacy and financial literacy expected.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices and timeously match to POs/GRNs.
• Prepare supplier payment schedules for approval.
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain records.
• Assist with preparation and submission of client invoices.
• Capture bank transactions and perform reconciliations.
• Process payroll-related information and maintain confidentiality.
• Capture and allocate site costs and monitor budgets.
• Process journal entries and assist month-end close.
• Verify requisitions and monitor procurement/inventory.
• Support audits and compile management reports.
