Aufgaben

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timeously.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, goods received notes, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare supplier payment schedules for approval.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with preparation and submission of client invoices.
• Capture and reconcile customer payments.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Maintain accurate debtor records.
• Capture daily bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
• Ensure all transactions are allocated in the accounting system.
• Support payroll-related data collection and verification.
• Track site costs and monitor against budgets.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Process journal entries and assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support procurement and inventory control processes.
• Assist in compiling management reports and financial schedules.
