The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mining or related field, 15+ years in mining operations with 5+ in senior leadership, and strong leadership, communication and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive mining operations experience, at least 5 in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in large-scale mining operations (open-pit or underground).
• Strong knowledge of mining methods, planning, processing and financial management.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management with a safety focus.
