This role is essential for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of all mining equipment and machinery, thereby minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency. You will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff, overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance programs, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical or electrical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in a similar role within the mining industry. This is a key position for maintaining the operational integrity of the mining assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance personnel, including mechanics, electricians, and technicians.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventative maintenance schedules for all mining equipment.
• Oversee corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment failures, and implementing timely repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
