• Demonstrated success in managing and growing complex customer accounts
• Experience engaging with utilities, consultants, EPC contractors, panel builders, and industrial customers
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth and achieving sales targets
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
